In January 2008 the management of Bibi Properties in response to requests from various clients as well as the change in the trend in the housing market decided to take the company into a different direction. As a result of the new 2008 vision to manage triplexes,duplexes and single family residential properties only Bibi Properties no longer handles management of any multi-unit apartment complexes. Bibi Properties still works in conjunction with different apartment complex buildings owners and managers and assists in the placement of tenants in the units but it has no multi unit complex under its direct management.
