 ABIOLA FASHINA Property Consultant Abiola Fashina (a.k.a. Bibi) is a 1988 Law degree (Honors) graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun state, Nigeria,West Africa (LL.B (Hons.) degree). She was called to the Nigerian Bar as a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1989 after completing her course at the Nigerian Law school, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria, West Africa and Passing the Council of Legal education of Nigeria board examinations with a distinction in Legal drafting and Conveyance (B.L. Hons.) Abiola practiced as a full time attorney with top law firms in Lagos Nigeria and specialized in the fields of Foreign Investment, Oil & Gas and Property Acquisition & Management.The clients in her portfolio comprised of several foreign embassies and multi-national corporate citizens who have substantial financial investment and diverse land interests and property holdings in Nigeria. In 1993 she set up her own law firm called OGUNBAMWO & ASSOCIATES in Lagos Nigeria. The firm specialized in Consultancy in property law and Investment and took over the management of family property and investments which comprised several single homes and multi-unit residential complexes. The firm also enjoyed the clientele of owners of single homes and multi-unit properties and also of blue chip companies with investment properties of multi-unit complexes. In 2001 Abiola migrated with her family to the United States to set up Bibi Ventures and to also take over management of family property investments in the United States of America and Europe and for acquisition of new property investments. Bibi Properties is a division of Bibi Ventures which places tenants in properties and handles property preservation issues as well as property managerial services.Bibi Properties has managed over 147 single residential family homes and multi-unit residential complexes forom duplexes to over 200 unit complexes and the list keeps growing daily. Abiola holds a Georgia real estate salesperson license and is a member of Georgia Board of realtors. Favor manages all Bibi Ventures Management properties located in Nigeria, Republic of Benin,Togo and Ghana in West africa. She is also responsible for the set up of new offices in the region and the development of new products and services for Bibi Ventures in the West African region. |
