We manage properties exclusively. Because we do not list and sell homes, local brokers have found us a reliable ally in their efforts to service their customers. Atlanta agents have found they can refer us their leasing and management business and know that when the client is done with management, they will get the listing back. We are not your competitor.

2. BIBI PROPERTIES pays referral fees.

When you refer us an Owner we pay you a fee of 10% of the first months rent. Our average rental is $1050 per month. If you refer us a $1000 a month rental, you will receive $100 the first time it is rented. If you refer a tenant who rents one of our houses, you will recieve 10% of the first month rent.
